RRC Solutions Group is seeking a Territory Manager to operate a fully stocked mobile store and drive industrial hardware sales across a defined geographic territory in the Orlando area. The role emphasizes cold-calling, prospecting, and hands-on product demonstrations from a mobile storefront.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Outside industrial sales experience is preferred.
• Must reside within the assigned territory; relocation is not available.
• Strong tenured background with a maximum of 3 companies over the past 10 years.
• Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell by developing new sales prospects, making face-to-face calls on cold and warm prospects, and leveraging local networks.
• Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and the mobile store.
• Manage operations of the mobile store including cleanliness, operation, marketing, and daily sales reporting.
• Maintain accurate customer contact information in company software.
