Job summary

Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales of industrial hardware within a defined Florida territory, operating a fully stocked mobile store. You will prospect, cold-call, and close accounts while maintaining the mobile store’s condition and reporting daily activity.

You must reside in the assigned territory (Orlando area preferred). A clean driving history and the ability to operate a mobile store vehicle are required.

• Strong analytical and reasoning abilities for evaluating prospects and inventory.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in sales reporting.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision to meet targets.
• Proven track record of achieving goals and driving results in field sales.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell to customers within a defined territory through face-to-face engagements.
• Present solutions and products using sample boards and your mobile store.
• Maintain the cleanliness and operation of your mobile store and submit sales reports daily.
• Maintain accurate customer information and notes in company software.
