Vogrinc Search Group is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales by delivering industrial hardware directly to customers within a defined geographic territory using a mobile store. The role requires cold-calling, prospecting, and face-to-face visits to customers across multiple sectors.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, a proven track record in industrial or route sales, and the ability to manage a mobile store vehicle.

Qualifications

• Education & experience: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Job stability: strong tenure, max 3 companies in 10 years.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills; proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell: develop new sales prospects near existing customers and make face-to-face calls on prospects.
• Present solutions: demonstrate products and services using sample boards, demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage operations: keep mobile store clean and functional; submit daily reports of sales orders and prospect calls.
• Data integrity: maintain customer contact information in company software.
