Job summary

Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to deliver a fully stocked mobile store to customers across a defined geographic area.

The role focuses on cold-calling and prospecting to sell industrial hardware directly to sectors such as transportation, facilities maintenance, aerospace, and manufacturing. You must reside in the territory and be able to purchase or lease the mobile store vehicle; a clean driving history is required.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Outside industrial sales experience is preferred.
• Strong tenured background with no job hopping; max 3 companies in 10 years.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell through research, referrals, and calling on nearby businesses; face-to-face sales.
• Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Maintain the cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store and submit daily reports.
• Keep customer contact information up to date in company software.
