Job summary

Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is looking for a Territory Manager to deliver an on-site mobile hardware store to diverse sectors within a defined geography. You will drive sales, prospect new customers, and manage a fully stocked mobile store.

You must reside in the assigned territory, be able to purchase or lease a mobile store vehicle, and maintain a clean driving record. The role requires independence and a proven track record of goal attainment.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales, is preferred.
• Must have a strong tenured background with a maximum of 3 companies in the past 10 years.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on businesses near existing customers. Make face-to-face calls on cold and warm prospects.
• Present Solutions: Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Maintain the cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store. Submit daily business reports detailing sales orders and prospect calls.
• Data Integrity: Maintain customer contact information in company software.
