Job summary

Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to operate a fully stocked mobile store and deliver industrial hardware to customers across a defined geographic area.

You will cold-call, prospect, and meet customers face-to-face, presenting products directly from your mobile location. The role requires residing in the territory with the ability to purchase or lease a mobile store vehicle, maintain a clean driving record, and work independently to achieve sales targets in transportation,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; external industrial sales experience preferred, especially in route/industrial sales.
• Strong tenure expected: no job hopping; ideal candidate has a maximum of 3 companies in 10 years.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell: develop new sales prospects via research, referrals, and local calls.
• Present solutions: demonstrate products using boards, demos, and the mobile store.
• Manage operations: keep mobile store clean, functional, and report daily sales orders and prospect calls.
• Data integrity: maintain customer records in company software.
