Job summary

CareerNerds, LLC is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales by delivering industrial hardware directly to customers in a defined geographic territory using a fully stocked mobile store.

Candidates must reside in the territory and be able to purchase or lease a qualified mobile store vehicle, with a clean driving history and the physical ability to kneel and bend regularly. Prior industrial route sales experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education &Experience: a high school diploma is required; outside industrial sales experience is preferred.
• Job Stability: must have a low job-hopping history; ideally no more than 3 companies in 10 years.
• Skills: analytical, organizational, and proficient with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell: develop new sales prospects, call on businesses near existing customers, and visit prospects in person.
• Present solutions: demonstrate products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage operations: keep your mobile store clean, functional, and marketable; submit daily sales and prospect reports.
• Data integrity: maintain accurate customer contact information in company software.
