Job summary

Modern Machining Solutions Inc. operates mobile stores to bring industrial hardware directly to customers within a defined California territory. The Territory Manager role focuses on cold-calling, prospecting, and selling through a fully stocked mobile storefront.

You must reside in the territory, be able to purchase or lease a mobile store vehicle, and maintain a clean driving history while managing daily reports and customer data with strong analytical and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Strong job stability with max 3 companies in last 10 years.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills; proficient with databases, spreadsheets, email and common business applications.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell by researching, referrals, and calling on businesses near existing customers. Make face-to-face calls on cold and warm sales prospects.
• Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Maintain the mobile store's cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality; submit daily sales reports detailing orders and calls.
• Maintain customer contact information in company software with notes, names, phones, and addresses.
