Job summary

Vogrinc Search Group seeks a Territory Manager to deliver industrial hardware via a mobile store across a defined California territory. You will prospect, sell, and provide on-site product demonstrations, leveraging sample boards and your mobile storefront to meet customer needs.

Candidates must reside in the territory, be able to purchase or lease a mobile store vehicle, maintain a clean driving history, and demonstrate independence with a proven track record of goal attainment.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales, is preferred.
• Must have a strong tenured background with a maximum of 3 companies in the last 10 years.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects near existing customers and make face-to-face calls on cold and warm prospects.
• Present Solutions: Demonstrate products using sample boards, demos, and the mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Keep the mobile store clean and functional; submit daily sales reports.
• Data Integrity: Maintain customer contact information in company software.
