Job summary

RRC Solutions Group is a family-owned mobile industrial hardware store founded in 1959. As a Territory Manager, you’ll drive sales by bringing a fully stocked mobile store to customers across a defined geographic area. Expect cold-calling, face-to-face meetings, and hands-on product demos.

You must reside in the territory, securing a mobile-store vehicle and maintaining a clean driving history. A high school diploma is required, with preference for route or industrial sales experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Strong tenure; max 3 companies in 10 years.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email and common business applications.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell: develop new prospects and call on businesses near customers.
• Present products and services using samples and your mobile store.
• Maintain cleanliness and operation of your mobile store; submit daily reports.
• Keep customer data up to date in company software.
