T-Mobile is seeking a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate for our warehouse/club kiosk environment in Texas. You will energize customers, educate on products, and demonstrate solutions while contributing to a fast-paced sales floor.

Responsibilities include training, knowledge sharing, and fostering relationships with new and existing customers to drive activity and satisfaction. Appropriate for energetic, service-focused individuals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment. (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail setting using digital tools and educate on benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience and processes; participate in knowledge sharing and store ops.
• Build rapport and drive sales while providing exceptional service and following up with customers.
