Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. seeks a Territory Manager in Temple, TX to deliver industrial hardware directly to customers via a mobile store. You will cold-call, prospect new accounts, and manage your on-site mobile storefront to drive sales in a defined territory.

The role requires relocation-free residency in the territory, a mobile store vehicle, and a clean driving record. Strong independence and goal-driven sales performance are essential.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required; outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, reasoning, and organizational abilities.
• Proficient with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business apps.
• Able to work independently and meet sales goals.

Mansioni

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on businesses near existing customers. Make face-to-face calls on cold and warm sales prospects.
• Present Solutions: Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Maintain the cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store. Submit complete and accurate daily business reports detailing sales orders and prospect calls.
• Data Integrity: Continually maintain customer contact information—including notes, names, phone numbers, and addresses—using company software.
