Job summary

T-Mobile stores inside a warehouse/club setting seek energetic Mobile Associates to engage customers, educate on products, and drive sales. You will use digital tools, learn the store-in-store processes, and participate in training to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Starting pay includes $18.00 hourly base plus $5 training pay, with a target of $20/hour when incentives are included. Eligibility for stock grants and employee stock purchase plan is offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities
