Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate to act as the face of T-Mobile inside a warehouse/club kiosk. You will engage with customers, demonstrate products, and educate on benefits while delivering outstanding service in a high-traffic setting.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and ideally 6 months in customer service or retail sales. Training is provided, with opportunities to earn incentives and stock grants as part of the Total Rewards program, and benefits

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educate customers, and showcase value of store-in-store benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, new skills, products, and processes; perform knowledge sharing and store operations.
• Provide exceptional service, build rapport and loyalty, attract potential customers, and nurture relationships to drive sales and referrals.
