T-Mobile USA, Inc. hires Mobile Associates to bring the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. You will engage customers, educate on products, and demonstrate solutions in a high-traffic environment, aiming to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional service.

You will leverage digital tools, participate in onboarding, and collaborate with nearby stores to ensure a consistent customer experience while promoting loyalty and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment.
• Demonstrate and educate customers on T-Mobile products and services.
• Use solution-based selling techniques and complete onboarding processes.
• Maintain store readiness and participate in training and on-site procedures.
• Help drive sales activity and build relationships with customers and local teams.
