PowerBack Rehabilitation in Auburn, MA is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time role up to 40 hours weekly (may consider 24 hours). The position covers mobile outpatient in ALF/ILF and community settings, with duties to deliver therapy and supervise CFYs as needed.

Qualificações

• Must have a valid Speech Language Pathologist license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license eligibility.
• Must have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation to and from patients' residence.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise CFYs, temporary licensees, students and support personnel per state licensure requirements.
• Adhere to department and patient treatment schedules; complete clinical and billing documentation.
• Attend patient care and staffing conferences and related meetings.
• Refer to other disciplines to address patient needs.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation team and physician to select appropriate therapy.
• Adapt plan of care to patient needs and progress.
• Maintain safe environment and remove hazards.
• Order supplies and equipment as necessary.
• Maintain equipment and report repairs.
• Put patient service first and ensure high-quality care for residents and families.
• Assess patients: history, testing, diagnosis, plan and progress; document results.
