Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate at a store-in-store location to engage customers in a high-traffic retail setting, demonstrate devices, and explain plans and services to meet customer needs.

You will learn the in-store experience, build relationships, and help customers navigate self-serve tools while delivering exceptional service. Compensation includes $18 base hourly plus $5 training pay, with a guaranteed $20/hour including incentives and opportunities for annual stock

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment and demonstrates solutions.
• Leverages digital tools and self-serve resources to educate customers and close sales.
• Builds relationships with leadership and teams to support customer experience, account setup, and device support.
