T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to join our Retail Team of Experts. You will be a brand ambassador who builds energy around our products and services, educating customers and demonstrating the latest technology in-store.

This learning role offers hands-on training, growth toward the Mobile Expert role, and a strong benefits package including stock grants and a 401(k). Base pay starts at $18/hour with additional training pay and incentives, with guaranteed earnings of $20/hour

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Builds proficiency in serving and selling to customers while delivering a world-class customer experience.
• Demonstrate devices and services, explore customer needs, and provide hands-on demonstrations in-store.
• Establish relationships across channels and help hand off leads as needed.
