Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking energetic Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to represent the brand in a warehouse/club kiosk setting. You will engage customers, educate on products and benefits, and drive sales in a fast-paced environment.

You will complete training on store processes and systems, continuously learn, and contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Eligibility includes age 18+, legal work authorization, and a passion for helping customers stay connected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools and demonstrate value of benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; participate in knowledge sharing and store operations.
• Provide outstanding service, build rapport, and drive sales activity while following-up with customers and collecting referrals.
