Job summary

T-Mobile stores are seeking a Mobile Associate to be the face of the brand in a busy warehouse/club kiosk setting. You will educate customers, showcase solutions, and provide outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll complete training on products and processes, engage customers, and help drive sales while building relationships and referrals. 18+ years old; authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in a high-traffic retail setting, educate them, and showcase benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; participate in skills practice and store operations.
• Engage customers, build rapport, drive sales, follow up, collect referrals, and nurture relationships.
