Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates (Store-in-Store) to engage customers in a high-traffic retail setting and demonstrate the value of our wireless solutions. You will educate, advise and guide customers through the buying process, leveraging digital tools to enhance self-serve experiences and onboarding.

The role emphasizes customer service, relationship building, and achieving sales targets while learning store operations and promotions. Training pay applies during onboarding.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment and educates customers on T-Mobile solutions.
• Use digital self-serve tools during interactions to demonstrate value and onboard customers.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; stay customer-ready by reviewing hub updates and promotions.
• Provide exceptional customer service, build rapport, and translate needs into appropriate solutions; support Be Back and referrals.
• Collaborate with local leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account setup to device support.
