Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to provide functional rehabilitation across home, community, school, and work settings.

You will perform evaluations, design treatment plans for speech, language, cognitive and swallowing disorders, and regularly reassess progress while collaborating with a dynamic therapy team.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
• Valid SLP license in the state(s) of practice.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Minimum of one year’s work experience as an SLP.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for neurological injury preferred.
• Effective and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients with speech, language, cognitive and swallowing disorders.
• Regularly reassess treatment effectiveness, attend staffing meetings and family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physicians, patients and families.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to coordinate care and improve outcomes.
