Job summary

United Site Services is seeking a Service Technician to operate a company service truck and service portable toilets and holding tanks at customer sites. The role emphasizes safety, efficient routing, and high-quality customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and ongoing service excellence.

Requirements include a valid CDL and at least two years of commercial driving experience, plus strong time management, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL.
• Excellent time management, customer service and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive service truck and perform portable restroom servicing to meet USS 8 point service standard.
• Operate in a safe manner per USS and DOT safety standards.
• Assist customers on sites to ensure services meet their standards.
• Adapt routes to meet customer needs and provide routing feedback to leadership.
• Plan for customer needs and future service requirements.
• Lift and handle equipment up to specified weights.
• Maintain communication with Operations Manager regarding service updates.
• Ensure accurate completion of service documents and logs.
