Job summary

United Site Services is seeking a Service Technician to operate a company service truck and service portable restrooms and holding tanks at multiple sites. You will work to the 8-point service standard and ensure safety, quality, and timeliness on every visit.

The role requires at least two years of commercial driving experience, a valid license, and strong time management and customer communication skills. Expect a physically demanding schedule with routes that may change to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of commercial driving experience.
• Valid Driver License (CDL or non-commercial).
• Excellent time management, customer service and communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate a service truck to service/pump/clean portable restrooms and holding tanks in accordance with USS and DOT safety standards.
• Perform basic service truck driving functions and adhere to safety requirements.
• Interact with customers on sites to ensure services meet their standards.
• Adapt routes to meet customer needs and provide routing feedback for efficiency.
• Plan for current and future portable toilet needs to satisfy customers.
