Job summary

United Site Services is seeking a Service Technician to operate a company service truck and service portable restrooms and holding tanks at locations across the region. This role centers on safe driving, hands-on servicing, and delivering excellent customer experiences.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of commercial driving experience, a valid license, strong communication skills, and good problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of commercial driving experience.
• Valid Driver License (CDL or non-commercial).
• Excellent time management, customer service and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive and service portable restrooms/holding tanks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain 8-point service standard for porta-pots.
• Interact with customers to ensure services meet their expectations.
• Adjust routes as needed to meet customer needs.
• Provide routing feedback to Operations Manager for efficiency.
