Job summary

United Site Services is seeking a Service Technician to operate a company service truck and service portable restrooms and holding tanks at various locations. The role emphasizes safety, routing efficiency, and high-quality customer service on site.

Ideal candidates bring at least two years of commercial driving experience, a valid license (CDL or non-commercial), and strong problem-solving and communication skills to ensure services meet USS standards and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of commercial driving experience.
• Valid Driver License (CDL or non-commercial).
• Excellent time management, customer service and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate a company service truck and service/pump/clean portable restrooms and/or holding tanks to USS 8 point service standard.
• Drive in accordance with USS and DOT safety requirements.
• Perform lifting/pushing up to 50–150 lbs frequently.
• Provide courteous customer service at client sites to ensure services meet the standard.
• Flexible routing to meet customer needs and adjust routes as required.
• Provide routing feedback to optimize efficiency and service quality.
