Job summary

Selinsgrove Ford is seeking a Mobile Service Technician to join our growing team. The right candidate will have a strong service technician background and be ASE certified.

The day-to-day duties include traveling in the Mobile Service van to customer workplaces and homes to handle basic service needs and recalls. As part of a Ford dealership, you can be part of a brand that honors the past, and is invested in the future.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Valid driver license.
• ASE/Manufacturer certifications (Ford certifications desirable but not mandatory).
• Service Technician experience preferred.
• Proficient with tablets and other digital devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
• Engage with many customers daily and represent the dealership.
• Daily meetings with Manager, organize Mobile van and prepare for appointments.
• Perform vehicle repairs, recalls, and maintenance per repair order.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and communication.
• Accurately document repairs on the repair order.
• Stay informed of Ford technical bulletins and complete required training.
• Work occasionally in challenging weather conditions.
• Drive and maintain a company vehicle responsibly.
