Job summary

Weikert Ford Inc is seeking a Mobile Service Technician to join our growing team. The right candidate will travel to customers’ locations—office, apartment, or home—to perform maintenance in our service van equipped with the necessary tools.

You will provide automotive maintenance services to customers and fleets, including oil changes, tire rotations, tire repair, and battery replacements. Ford dealership environment offers stability and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be detail-oriented and organized.
• Requires little or no guidance on jobs.
• Valid driver license required.
• Ford certifications desirable but not mandatory.
• Service Technician experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience and represent the dealership.
• Engage with diverse customers daily at their location.
• Organize and prep for the day’s appointments with strong time management.
• Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance per repair orders.
• Communicate with Mobile Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Document repairs/work performed on the repair order accurately.
• Stay informed of Ford technical bulletins and complete required training.
• Occasionally work in challenging weather conditions; operate a company vehicle responsibly.

We are looking for a Mobile Service Technician to join our growing team! The right candidate will be independent and have a strong service technician background. Maintenance. Our Technicians travel to our customer’s location, whether it be their office, apartment, or home, to perform maintenance services. You'll be working out of a company service van that's equipped with all the necessary tools.

You will be responsible for providing all automotive maintenance services to customers and fleets. These services can be oil changes, tire rotations, tire repair, battery replacements, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty and have a natural disposition to put the customer first
• Engage with many different customers each day and represent the dealership
• Organize and prepare for the day’s appointments and be excellent at time management
• Perform vehicle repairs and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair order in a clean and efficient manner
• Communicate with the Mobile Service Advisors to effectively manage production and customer communication
• Accurately document vehicle repairs/work performed on the repair order
• Stay informed of Ford technical bulletins and complete required training
• Able to work occasionally in challenging weather conditions
• Able to drive and maintain a company vehicle responsibly
