Job summary

Monaco Ford in East Lyme, CT is hiring a Service Appointment & Mobile Service Coordinator to join our Service Department. You will be the first point of contact for service customers, scheduling appointments and supporting our Mobile Service program to ensure a positive experience from start to finish.

We seek a candidate with excellent customer service and communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and comfort with computers. Automotive experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
• Automotive or dealership experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments.
• Greet customers and assist with service questions.
• Follow up on online appointment requests and voicemails.
• Confirm upcoming appointments and maintain the service schedule.
• Coordinate appointments and daily routes for our Mobile Service Technician.
• Assist with vehicle pick-up and delivery scheduling.
• Help stock and organize the Mobile Service vehicle.
• Provide outstanding customer service while supporting the Service Department with additional administrative tasks as needed.
