Conklin Automotive Group is seeking a dynamic and organized Service Appointment Coordinator to manage the scheduling of service appointments and ensure an exceptional customer experience from first contact through service completion.

In this role you will liaise between customers and service technicians, provide clear communication, and coordinate with staff to keep calendars and records organized. A high school diploma and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with automotive service procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities
