Jack Demmer Lincoln in Dearborn, MI is seeking a Mobile Service Coordinator to be the front-line representative for our mobile service experiences. The Mobile Service Coordinator serves as a front-line representative for all of our mobile service experiences. Within this role the coordinator will schedule our mobile service van for appointments. Answers in coming calls and text messages. Ensures a customer-friendly environment and an exceptional customer experience.

Essential Functions:

• Answers phone and text to schedule mobile van appointments
• Able to use google accounts
• Outgoing personality
• Coordinator with the mobile service technicians
• Answers basic customer inquiries
• Serves as clerical and administrative back-up
• Travel in the field to promote and find new clients or accounts
• Being able to file and keep track of information

Requirements:

• Current valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to commute/relocate:Dearborn, MI 48124: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
