Jarrett Ford Automotive Group is seeking a Mobile / Remote Service Coordinator to oversee mobile service activities at the dealership. You will manage RO processes, coordinate parts, schedule routes, and dispatch service units while maintaining strong customer communication and satisfaction.

This role emphasizes coordination across service and parts departments, driving efficiency and fleet business growth in a dynamic automotive environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage RO Process: RO creation, parts availability, closeout, payment.
• Coordinate with Parts to ensure parts availability and add-on sales; manage mobile service units and inventory.
• Schedule mobile service requests and maximize route optimization.
• Use route optimization to set mobile service appointments.
• Dispatch appropriate Mobile Service Unit and Technician and confirm scope of repair.
• Communicate with customers before and during repairs to confirm appointments and status.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support marketing efforts to solicit fleet business and promote Mobile Service.
