Job summary

MSX International in Chicago is seeking a high-energy Mobile Service leader to guide dealer principals and service managers toward new profitability through Sales coaching, Change management, and hands-on training in our mobile units. You will travel 80% of the time to implement processes and train technicians and coordinators across the territory.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer-facing experience in automotive industry.
• Ability to talk to dealership staff at all levels and share best practices.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Mobile Service program with dealer principals and service managers.
• Consult with dealers to develop profitable business models and growth strategies.
• Provide hands-on technical and non-technical training in the field.
• Act as SME for mobile service implementation, sales, operations and workflow mapping.
• Monitor KPIs and advise management to hit sales targets.
