Job summary

MSX International is seeking candidates to act as Subject Matter Experts supporting Field Service Development Managers across regions. The role focuses on implementing service strategies with dealership personnel, improving dealer profitability, customer satisfaction, and service retention.

You will train and monitor dealers on service lane processes using tools like Service Workbench and OSS, aiming to reduce LOF/MPVI cycle times and meet regional metrics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required
• College degree (Associate’s or Bachelor’s) preferred but not required
• 1 year of fixed operations or equivalent automotive experience
• Excellent communication and writing skills; proficient with Microsoft Office
• Ability to train groups and deliver presentations to small groups
• Strong problem-solving and customer-focused mindset
• Willingness to travel up to 90%
• Knowledge of dealership operations and cross-department interactions

Responsibilities

• Implement service strategies with dealership personnel to grow dealer profitability and customer satisfaction
• Train dealers on service lane processes and monitor adherence to best practices
• Serve as a center of expertise for service tools like Service Workbench and OSS
• Assist dealers in reducing LOF/MPVI cycle times
• Track and report metrics for assigned dealers within geographic area
• Qualify and evaluate new candidates for service strategy implementation
• Ensure dealer processes capture local competitive data
• Coordinate with District Sales, Service, Parts and Zone management for cross-communication
• Share best practices and insights via the SDM forum
• Role requires 90% travel time
• Complete other special assignments as needed
