The role blends consulting, sales coaching, and hands-on training, requiring travel up to 80%. You will deliver technical and non-technical training, map workflows, monitor KPIs, and help grow MS unit revenue.

Qualifications

• Passionate, resilient and persuasive with ability to engage at all levels of a dealership.
• 3+ years of customer-facing experience in automotive industry.
• Knowledge of automotive service tools & equipment.
• Ability to train Technicians on Mobile Service tools & equipment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and collaboration skills.
• Experience delivering sales training to MS Coordinators & Advisors.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Mobile Service implementation, sales, operations & workflow process mapping.
• Deliver technical & non-technical training at dealerships, in-territory venues, and virtually.
• Instruct Technicians on lifting procedures, oil change, and vehicle checkup processes.
• Assist dealership management with go-to-market plans and ROI-driven training.
• Teach rapport-building, active listening, and professional sales training.
• Observe dealership activity and provide root-cause analysis and action planning.
• Monitor KPIs and counsel management toward sales targets.
• Ensure robust parts stocking strategy to support MS operations.
• Develop MS unit parts stocking plan for planned repairs and opportunities.
