Job summary

Dick Hannah Ford in Sandy, Oregon is seeking a Mobile Service Coordinator to organize and oversee our mobile service operations, ensuring efficient and high-quality customer service on every call. You will manage RO processes, coordinate with Parts for parts availability and sales opportunities, and dispatch technicians to maximize efficiency while confirming customer appointments and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage RO process (creation, closeout, and processing payment).
• Coordinate with Parts Department to ensure parts availability for repairs.
• Coordinate with Parts Department to add additional sales opportunities.
• Ensure mobile service unit is loaded with needed parts for repairs.
• Ensure unused parts are accounted for and added back into inventory.
• Take incoming mobile service requests.
• Determine scheduled day and time, maximizing route optimization.
• Dispatch appropriate technician for requested repair.
• Determine if repair request is within mobile service scope.
• Confirm customer appointment.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Partner with Fleet staff to solicit fleet business.
• Partner with dealership Marketing Department to promote mobile service.
