Jarrett Ford Automotive Group is seeking a Mobile / Remote Service Coordinator to oversee all Mobile Service activities at the dealership. The role requires coordinating RO processes, parts availability, scheduling, dispatching units and maintaining strong customer communication.

Responsabilidades

• Manage RO Process: RO creation, parts, closeout, payment.
• Coordinate Parts Process with Parts Department to ensure availability.
• Schedule and route Mobile Service appointments for efficiency.
• Dispatch Mobile Service Unit and Technician as needed.
• Communicate with customers before and during repair, and follow up for satisfaction.
• Promote Mobile Service to generate fleet business.
