Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Driving Role in Council Bluffs, IA. You will manage entry and visitor access, verify credentials, monitor designated areas, and perform routine patrols at a utilities location while delivering exceptional customer service.

This full-time daytime role requires a valid driver’s license, 18+ for unarmed or 21+ for armed roles, a high school diploma, and successful background checks and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required per policy.
• Age 18+ for unarmed; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation will be conducted.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service while controlling access for employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Monitor entry points, verify credentials, and direct individuals per site requirements.
• Respond calmly to access-related incidents and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas and perimeter.
• Prepare reports and communicate observations to Allied Universal leadership.
