Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Access Control Customer Service Security Officer in Council Bluffs, IA. You will manage entry points, verify credentials, and maintain a welcoming, safe environment for employees and visitors.

This role offers part-time hours with a flexible weekend schedule (Sat and Sun) and a pay rate of $18.90 per hour. Prior guard license is preferred; HS diploma required; background check and drug screening will apply.

Qualifications

• Guard card or license preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security procedures and access-control policies.
• Monitor and control access to the site by verifying credentials and maintaining visitor logs.
• Screen incoming personnel, vehicles, and deliveries and report access concerns to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner and document observations for appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular patrols of entry points, parking areas, and surrounding areas to deter unauthorized access.
