Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a guard card or license preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Must be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check as per law.
• Drug screen as per law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/locality.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and drivers by carrying out access-control procedures and site policies.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify credentials, issue visitor passes, and maintain logs.
• Screen deliveries, coordinate vehicle and driver access, and communicate site entry requirements.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate to site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, parking areas, and facility perimeter.
