Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by following security procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of industrial facilities and access points to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access, verify visitor/contractor authorization, and direct personnel per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies with calm, escalation as needed.
• Prepare accurate reports and incident documentation for leadership and site contacts.
