Qualifications

• Build and maintain automated testing solutions using Test Automation skills.
• Apply Quality Assurance practices to validate functionality, reliability, and release readiness.
• Strong Software Development capability using Java or comparable object-oriented programming languages.
• Demonstrated Problem Solving skills to identify root causes and resolve complex quality issues.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within Agile teams and across technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong Communication skills used to explain testing status, quality risks, and recommendations.
• Ability to improve testing processes through Continuous Improvement practices.
• Demonstrated leadership behaviors including mentoring, coordination, and influence.
