Sun Com is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to work in person. You will drive sales of devices, plans and accessories, exceed monthly quotas, and act as a role model for new hires.

The role requires adherence to policies and precise paperwork, with a focus on customer service and store excellence. Essential requirements include 18+, US work eligibility, 4 days/30 hours weekly, ability to stand, and reliable transport to store and training sites.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States.
• Minimum of 4 days/30 hours per week.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must have reliable transportation to location, training and off-site meetings.

Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly sales quotas and deliver high quality sales that beat company benchmarks.
• Drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories per management guidance.
• Follow management instructions and best practices to maximize sales and key metrics.
• Act as a role model and assist new hires and peers in retail sales.
• Open/close store procedures with accurate checklists and zero errors.
• Adhere to all company policies and paperwork procedures (RQ4, Paycom, etc.).
• Protect company assets and prevent fraudulent purchases; review sales paperwork for errors.
• Maintain store appearance and complete required training on time.
