Job summary

Sun Com seeks an energetic Retail Sales Consultant in Texas to exceed monthly sales quotas and deliver high quality service on key metrics. You will drive sales of handsets, rate plans and accessories, following company guidance and training.

You will adhere to all store policies, maintain inventory integrity, and support new hires as needed. The role requires at least 18 years old, 4 days/30 hours per week, and the ability to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States.
• Minimum of 4 days/30 hours per week.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must have reliable transportation to location, training and off-site meetings.
• Retail sales experience: 1 year preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed benchmarks on key metrics.
• Drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories per management guidance.
• Follow policies and procedures outlined in the Handbook and Sun Com policy documents.
• Master required systems: Aktivate, ADP, Cricket Learning, Paycom, etc.
• Maintain store appearance and protect company assets.
• Record time and attendance accurately in the RQ4.
• Complete training within the timeline set by management.
