T-Mobile is seeking a Mobile Associate in a fast-paced retail setting to engage customers, understand their needs, and demonstrate T-Mobile solutions. You will use digital tools to educate customers, guide them through product selections, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience.

You must be at least 18, legally eligible to work in the United States, and able to work in a high-traffic environment. Training pay and incentives accompany base pay, with stock grants and comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred. (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment, using digital tools to educate and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling to demonstrate products and onboarding options, and deepen relationships while ensuring satisfaction.
• Complete training on the in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; review personal results and promotions to stay customer-ready at all times; partner with nearby locations for onboarding and asset security.
