Job summary

At T-Mobile, Mobile Associates support retail operations by engaging customers and addressing technology and service needs in a fast-paced environment. You will build product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and guide customers along their shopping journey, leveraging digital tools and training to deliver personalized recommendations and ensure a memorable experience.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED and at least 6 months in customer service or sales, preferably in retail;

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management.
