T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store to bring the brand to life in National Sales partner locations. You will engage customers, educate on solutions, and showcase value in a high-traffic setting. Training pay applies during onboarding and you’ll work toward meeting sales metrics.

Roles focus on customer experience, relationship building, and utilizing digital tools to support the self-serve and onboarding process while maintaining store operations and accuracy of assets.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Knowledge, Skills and Abilities include customer satisfaction and effective communication.
• Team Building: willingness to work with peers and leaders to share best practices.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment.
• Use digital tools, educate customers, and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate value of products and services.
• Carry out onboarding procedures, training, and store operations including opening/closing procedures.
