Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate to work in a warehouse/club kiosk setting, delivering energetic and expert customer experiences in a high-traffic environment. You will educate customers, demonstrate products, and drive sales while aligning with the Un-carrier culture.

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour, plus $5.00 training pay. During the first 90 days you receive on-the-job training; after completion, you can progress to Mobile Expert with an annual incentive target

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment. Use digital tools, educate customers, and showcase value of T-Mobile benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, new skills, products, processes, and knowledge of systems; continuously learn to provide the best possible experience for customers.
• Commitment to providing exceptional service, build rapport and loyalty, attract potential customers, follow up, collect referrals, and manage Be Back processes.
