Job summary

Sun Com is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Consultant in Jacksonville to drive monthly sales quotas and deliver high quality service. The role requires standing for long periods, reliable transportation, and adherence to company policies.

You will master key systems, support new hires, and help maintain store operations and accuracy of paperwork. The position offers a flexible schedule with comprehensive benefits and is based in-person at the store location in Florida.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and able to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Minimum of 4 days/30 hours per week.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must have reliable transportation to location, training and off-site meetings.

Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Deliver high quality sales exceeding company benchmarks on key metrics.
• Drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories per management guidance.
• Follow policies and procedures as outlined in the Handbook and company communications.
• Master all required systems (Aktivate, ADP, Cricket Learning, etc.).
• Maintain store appearance and complete required trainings on schedule.
• Record time & attendance accurately and adhere to schedule with notice for time off.
