Job summary

Sun Com is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to drive sales of devices, rate plans and accessories in-person in South Carolina. You will model best practices, assist new hires, and ensure the accuracy of all sales paperwork while adhering to company policies.

The role requires standing for long periods, availability of at least 4 days/30 hours per week, and reliable transportation to store locations and trainings. Benefits are included with full-time employment.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States.
• Minimum of 4 days/30 hours per week.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must have reliable transportation to location, training and off-site meetings.

Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed the company's benchmark on key metrics.
• Drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories per management benchmarks.
• Follow policies and procedures as outlined in the Handbook and Sun Com policy documents.
• Master all required systems and review sales paperwork for discrepancies.
